About Ashley Fox Cmgr

I am a results focused engineer and passionate manger. I enjoy being hands on and solving problems as well as leading my team and developing tools to enable my engineers to bring out their bestWorking as one of the Logistics Engineering Manager's at McLaren Automotive I have standardised processes, developed tracking and reporting tools and KPI’s for an expanding team who face dynamic and ever-changing priorities and responsibilities within Logistics as well as dealing with Senior Management and both internal and external stakeholders. In my previous role as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the McLaren Senna project I was responsible for the design for manufacturability, manpower calculations, delivery methods, processes and controls of the Ultimate Line within MPC, and subsequently undertook the lead in a logistics focused, future-proof redesign of the Ultimate Series Production Line for the McLaren Speedtail.I am confident leading a team and actively look to improve processes to increase individual and operational efficiency, therefore ensuring deadlines, targets and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. I have done this by successfully developing and growing both manufacturing and logistics engineering teams through interviewing and selecting quality candidates, creating an engaging team culture and conducting employee development and training plans with the individuals in the team.
