I'm very interested in algorithms and automation. I started at Moog where I worked with complex mechatronic devices and developed motion systems for flight simulation. This involved objective tuning for performance and subjective tuning for perception of flight motions. Moog has a skilled software department that followed the Scrum principles of which I was the Scrum master. Later I joined Havatec which develops flower sorting and bunching machines. Here I was responsible for the development of the computer vision (image analysis) algorithms and mechatronic design of the machines.Currently I work at OcellO where I work on the automated high throughput image analysis platform to screen compounds for customers. It involved many techniques such as computer vision, machine learning, data visualization, etc. Since the beginning of this year I'm responsible for the performance of the whole IT team as Head of IT.
