I moved to New York and co-founded my first company, Info Stratagem Inc. As an innovation entrepreneur, I felt pressured to bring ideas to market promptly, fearing they'd become outdated. The challenge was that I had more ideas than resources. And resources need capital!When I focused on my priorities I realized, to gain a competitive advantage, I needed money in key areas, including:➡️R&D➡️Adoption and integration➡️Technology commercialization➡️Scaling upBut when I approached banks and private equity firms, I found that securing capital from them meant accumulating debt or giving up control. I needed non-dilutive sources of funding, including Government Grants and Incentives.This seemed promising, but information was scarce. I turned to accountants & consultants, but they didn’t grasp my technology, leading to wasted time on paperwork and doubts on approval.As a father of two, this stole precious time from my family. Luckily, mediation & squash kept me from losing my mind! I knew there had to be a better way💡 So, I spent 2 years immersing myself in identifying reliable information, and developed a systematic approach to securing grants & incentives. This approach made the application process more time-efficient, resulting in significantly higher approval rates.Subsequently, I co-founded EVAMAX and assembled a team of technical experts in various fields, with expertise needed to understand diverse technologies.
