As Lead Mechanical Engineer, I have been involved with some of KEO’s important projects. They are as follows. HMC Women’s Hospital, Qatar : Total refurbishment of 300 bed inpatient hospital. Replaced existing dual duct AC system with new energy efficient VAV+ reheat system, provided new isolation/PE room supply/exhaust system, new ETS room and chilled water distribution system, new smoke control & pressurisation system etc. I worked as mechanical lead on the project, I carried out conceptual to final design of HVAC systems, produced drawings and specification which met/exceed client expectation. Aquatic Centres (QSC & ARSC) :2 separate aquatic centres with Olympic size swimming pools, changing area, spectator’s area, admin area etc. Scope included new energy centre, central pool dehumidification and cooling system, smoke control ventilation etc. Abraj Quartier, Qatar :This ambitious residential development located in Peal Qatar will include 4 numbers of 40 story residential towers, 40 villas, and 300 low-rise townhouse units. Systems includes district cooling system, CAV, VAV, heat recovery system, smoke exhaust ventilation, staircase pressurisation, BMS etc. New Doha Zoo : Spanning an area of over 75 hectares, the new zoo will have animal exhibits, animal holdings, five-star hotels, restaurants, retail shops, back house/office area, underground car park etc. There are over 250 buildings, which are served by a district cooling system, powered by two strategically located chiller plants. Salwa Resort, Qatar: High end resort hotel in Doha. I worked on staff accommodation buildings, spa and mosque.Mall of Qatar, Qatar : The mall has a total build area of 388,000m2 and will be spread over three levels includes: 7,000 parking spaces, themed restaurants, family entertainment and cinema. I have taken-over the project in construction stage, providing technical support to the project management team and responding to site RFIs.
