Learned the basics of frothing milk, and making different foam-leveled coffees, alongside preparing matcha and chai lattes from scratch. Practiced opening and closing shifts which involved calibrating, adjusting grinder size, and cleaning the machine. Engaged with regular customers wholeheartedly by remembering their names, guessing their drink orders, and making conversation when time permitted. Always wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes of a healthy food company. Never felt more blessed for this opportunity to learn new skills such as building a proper deck, pitching potential products, developing recipes for mass production, making an approved product in mass volume in an actual factory while learning about the standard procedures.

Provided and assisted with recipe making for vegan desserts and pastries. As a result, customer demand soared and often sold out, becoming best-seller items on display. Honed skills of patience and dedication.

Prepared mainly raw, vegan dishes and meals during the summer break. Learned how to work with staff of different ethnicities and understand the fixed structures which comprised the running of the restaurant’s system.
