As a co-owner of Run With The Pack Events, I handle the daily monitoring and updating of all of our social media pages, including dealing with any complaints or queries that we may have.I am responsible for the planning and running of the weekly event that we host at the O2 Academy Newcastle every Saturday night as well as our monthly themed events.I promote the business to all different kinds of people, creating and maintaining working relationships with various companies, clients and organisations alike.

I was primarily responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and smooth running of the bar area within a bingo hall. I was responsible for a team of 10 staff and would co-ordinate between them to create a rota based on their strengths and outside commitments in order to have the bar ran in a consistent and effective manner.I was responsible for inventory and stock replenishment as well as handling very large amounts of money and was a registered key-holder and was on 24 hour call in case of emergencies.I was responsible for initiating and implementing various ideas to build more custom and between charity events, karaoke nights and quiz nights I created some of the most profitable nights that are still part of the company after my departure.
