My main duties include monitoring and witnessing welding, fabrication, and machining activities, creating daily production plans, and analyzing rejection rates. I coordinate with Material Management, Quality, Design, Project, Engineering, and Despatch departments to ensure smooth production processes and control rework times. Additionally, I am responsible for indenting materials, balancing the fan, following up with vendors, and shooting out problems that arise during production.Other responsibilities include preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly progress reports, maintaining good housekeeping and 5S in the shop floor, and ensuring employee safety and PPE compliance.
