I'm a serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker and marketing leader. I’m passionate about building an equitable digital future and encouraging the responsible use of emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence (AI).I spent the last 5 years in management consulting at Deloitte, KPMG and my own creative agency, Concept. Prior to that, I built a few businesses including FoodRunna (a food-tech startup) and AZARIA Boutique (a sustainable jewellery brand). During my marketing roles, I noticed marketers struggled to keep up with rapid advancements in technologies like AI and Web3, making it difficult for them to effectively harness these. I founded insiderapp.xyz, a blockchain-powered loyalty platform and consultancy that educates brands on emerging technologies and helps them engage their customers. The Insider platform aims to deliver personalised loyalty experiences while empowering customers with enhanced data consent and control using blockchain.I founded Native, a newsletter that makes the digital future accessible with practical, jargon-free content. I write about emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, XR) and my work has been featured in Forbes, Vogue Australia, Ad Age, SXSW Sydney, The Australian (Top 100 Innovators Issue), The Drum, UN Women, Women's Agenda, Pedestrian and Digital Nation Australia. I'm a TEDx and Keynote Speaker signed on by two of Australia’s leading speaker agencies, ICMI and Saxton Speakers. I’ve shared the stage with political leaders and industry leaders from ABC, Accor, AMP, ASX, Canva, CBA, Deloitte, Mastercard, Nestle, UN Women, UNICEF, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Vogue Australia and other organisations. In 2023, I was a finalist for the Women’s Agenda Leadership Award.From a young age, I’ve been committed to championing diversity in STEM. In 2016, I co-founded the UNSW chapter of the Hult Prize Foundation. In the last year, I’ve worked with organisations such as Roche, National Breast Cancer Foundation and the City of Sydney, to help women develop the skills they need to lead in the digital space. I also volunteer as a mentor to female leaders through the Inspiring Rare Birds platform and Stanford University’s AI & Blockchain Alumni Association.In 2024, I was featured on Women's Agenda's list of Australian Women To Watch in Tech and recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice in AI.For speaking and writing opportunities, reach me at contact@ashibhat.com
