I am a highly competent senior professional with over 18 years of experience across the International Baccalaureate (IB) system. I have whole-heartedly embraced the mission and philosophy of the IB, having taught in IB schools in Tanzania, Canada, and Kenya. My experience stems from executing leadership roles in various capacities, allowing me to gain extensive experience in educational administration and a deep understanding of the unique needs of primary school students. I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence, student growth, and staff development.
