I am working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for optimizing the manufacturing process, analyzing any process failures, managing rejections, and ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) on the shop floor. My primary job responsibilities include:✅Quality Management System & Documentation: I am responsible for maintaining and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) in adherence to the company's standards. And to ensure that all quality-related documents, procedures, and work instructions are up-to-date and maintained correctly.✅ PFMEA : To optimize the manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. And to analyze process failures and manage rejections, identifying the root cause of the problem and implementing corrective actions.✅FQR review : Product / Defect Wise Categorization, RCA, action planning, execution reviews, effectiveness monitoring ✅SPC & MSA: I have knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and must be able to analyze data to identify process variations and take corrective actions to improve process performance.✅DWM SYSTEM: I am actively performing and dealing the DWM (Daily Work Management) system, which helps to manage and analyze large volumes of data related to manufacturing processes.✅Problems Resolving faced in In-house & at Customer’s end & CAPA Adherence: I have problem-solving skills and able to resolve quality-related issues both in-house and at the customer's end.✅Maintaining communication with internal teams across departments to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.✅ OJT to the Operators and effectiveness monitoring and evaluation for preparing Skill Matrix. ✅Training and mentoring junior quality assurance engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
