I am a Senior Document controller, I work with project teams to plan, monitor, and report on the progress and performance of various engineering and construction projects, using electronic document management systems (EDMS) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project documents and records, following the company's standards and procedures.With over Twelve years of experience in document control and office administration, I have successfully managed and coordinated multiple project documents, contracts, and correspondence, using various software and tools, such as Aconex, EPM, C space, Microsoft Office, SharePoint. I have also provided administrative support to project managers, engineers, and clients, handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication. I hold a bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from Mangalore University, where I developed skills in project management, business analysis, and marketing. I am self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. I have strong verbal and written communication skills, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and professional environment. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a scheduler and document controller, and to contribute to the success of Company and its clients.
