Worked on a Network Operations Center for an American Medical Center client “NYU LANGONE Medical Center” of Accenture and performed as an external identity to monitor their applications & servers and provided technical support, troubleshooting, and remediation, involving problem management (P1 to P4 Tickets), service management and incident management via ITSM Service tools (SolarWinds, FrontRange Heat and Citrix XenApp). Supervised used servers, networks, and applications based on various Operating Systems like Linux and Windows running through virtualization, hybrid Cloud computing services like Microsoft Azure AD services, and many more in global and on-premises data centers. Provided technical and analytical support to internal and external customers (overseas) for software application development, troubleshooting and repairs.
