As a Clinical Application Specialist in the field of Interventional Cardiology currently specialising in Cardiovascular Imaging using IVUS( Intravascular Ultrasound), I have always dreamt of working in the field of Cardiology and this job is just as fun as it sounds.Being a graduate in Electronics and Biomedical Engineering from Model Engineering College with a CGPA of 8.07, I was able to gift myself with a job opportunity from Philips Healthcare with the help of Placement Cell MEC. This college in these four years has provided me with lots of opportunities that has shaped me into who I am today. It all started with my selection as being an NSS Volunteer. Through this I was able to shape myself, gain more courage and fight my fears along with meeting new people. I also had opportunity to work as a Documentation head for BMA, the Biomedical Association and as a Content Head for Bhoomithrasena MEC. In my final year, I was also given the trophy of being a Chairperson of Bhoomithrasena MEC, the nature club, one of my favourite club. Along with this the most memorable of all my college years was me being chosen as the Vice-chairperson of the College Union. College was truly a dream come true for me. I love learning about new concepts and expanding my horizon in the long run. I am currently learning more about Clinical Applications and how I can excel myself into being an expert in the field.
