Identifies opportunities for new value creation.Direct the functions of budgeting, accounting, reporting, financial counseling of leadership team to appraise operating results in terms of costs, budget, operating policies, trends and increased profit opportunities. Analyze revenue, profit and cash flow opportunities for the business and recommend actions.

Head and manage the Systems Engineering team and the development of business and technical proposals and projects in support of the nationwide implementation. Involve in the management planning and technical strategic analysis. Act as a Senior Solution Architect to Prepare, Review & Approve the system architecture design, technical design, database design and providing solutions.Responsible towards multi-million winning proposals by ensuring proposal compliance resulted in winning pointers on technical evaluation. Responsible in successful systems engineering deliveries for all the projects - 100% delivery closure for hardware, software, network and security.
