CurrentProduce management information on regular basis and update it on portal.By dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries I ensure the smooth running of an office management system on a day-to-day basis by managing a team of administrative staff.Managing Payrolls, Invoices, Progress reports, Maintaining and updating records in an organized manner.Maintain and review payroll processing to ensure timely & accurate processing of payrolls including salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, new hires, termination and change in rates.Preparing letters/Mails and getting approval by reporting to respective departments as directed by the Team Leader.Responding appropriately to emergencies or issues as and when required.Setting goals for the improvement of project by organizing trainings and meetings.
