 Manage and Administer Microsoft infrastructure servers and ensuring optimum performance and high availability for the Active directory, Exchange (2003, 2007 and 2010) and SQL (2005, 2008 2008R2) DB servers  Responsible for the smooth functioning of approx. 100+ Rack Servers & 300+ Blade servers (Windows 2008 R2/2003, Red Hat Linux)  Migration of around 3000 + mailboxes to Exchange 2010 DAG from Exchange 2007 CCR / Exchange 2003 setup  Attending and solving L3 Functional escalated calls from Service Desk for core Infrastructure Products like –Active Directory /Exchange /Red Hat /SAN Storages (HP, NetAPP, EMC and IBM).  Coordinating with EMC, Netapps and HP for SAN & NAS design/implementation and resolving the operational issues.  Reviewing and assisting in the design and implementation of Exchange and AD Migrations.  Creating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for IT Systems; Documentation of Core systems and procedures and Guidelines to be maintained by the team.  Handling L3 operational related incidents for security products like –Microsoft TMG/ISA /Trend Micro AV / Microsoft Forefront products and Mail Marshal Anti-Spam  3rd level support for Microsoft, Red Hat & Storage Area Network related problems. Projects Undertaken: Technical In charge of the Exchange 2007 / 2010 migrations from Exchange 2003 for around 2000 users using new SCC/CCR and DAG mailbox clusters, CAS and HUB servers running on windows 2008R2. Published OWA, Active Sync and RPC/HTTPS using TMG 2010.  Technical project lead for Data Center migration of Microsoft Infrastructure (AD/DNS/DHCP/File and Print/Backup) and related application systems. Implemented private and public cloud based on VMWare and Hyper-V  Plan and Executed the user/mailbox/Server cross forest migrations using migration tools such as ADMT.  Design and Implemented disaster recovery solution for AD , Exchange and SAN Solution. Implemented NetApp, EMC, HP SAN
