We make Handmade Leather Shoes for Infant from Eco Friendly European leather and export them in various countries including brands like HUSH Puppies etc..These products are Unlined to give the maximum comfort & Healthy environment to the child's feet having maximum breath ability. Even if needed, we use lining from the same material.100% leather is used in the product and no synthetic is used. The leathers are of premium quality & Eco Friendly and from European Origin. The other materials, like threads, are also eco-friendly origins. Very limited quantity of Natural adhesive is used. Even anti mold / bacterial pack inside the shoe boxes are sourced as per the international standard.We make these shoes by Handmade process - Entirely. ! This enables to maintain consistent good quality though the process time increases. Each artisan, as they are known, has responsibility for a different aspect of production – some also for cutting the leather. Others for stitching the sides together and also for doing the final stitching (completely by hand !). A lot of movements are done by hand and eye so the artisan can fully control the process.

Joined as Technical / Quality Manager (India operations) at Monsummano Italy (1st March – 07) & visited Italian factories for.. o Hands-on experience on PRADA/CHURCH full shoe production.o To learn the systems of workings of an Italian shoe factory.o To meet the PRADA quality control department.o To understand technical details for new production.Responsibilities :1. Developing New customers for the company in co-ordination with Design Department & production for the niche European market, especially for High price – medium volume segment. For BARKER shoes Uk (Independent) For VIVIANE WESTWOOD (Through Italian company) For Belgian Customer (Independent) For Fratelli Rosetti (Through Italian company)2. Had regular technical visits to implement new models (TATA International, Dewas & ANKUR Footwear, Chennai) for production within India.3. Sourcing the shoe finishes for PRADA production with Indian companies to reduce import costs.4. Control of imported materials against requirement.5. Controlling the quality standards for D’ior fullshoe production in co-ordination with Italian Technicians6. Dealing with the quality managers in various production facilities to control & enhance the same as per Customer’s quality standard.7. Co-ordination between the companies to develop components for Uppers/Full shoe as per the guided quality level.

Joined as Junior Designer, Finally designated as Assistant product development Incharge.Responsibilities & Achivements - 1) Brought MEG SpA Italy, to TATA’s by successful product development & thereby, was looking at this huge operation in details, such as..i) Implementing production for CAR shoes (one PRADA brand).ii) Successful sampling for PRADA (Direct) & got orders for PRODUCTION.iii) Successful sampling followed by the production of CHURCH shoe’s (Italy, Uk) production of SOW (Sewn – on – wood) uppers / shoes in India. (Initially started with SOW hand stitching & later the whole upper & driver shoe orders.)2) Brought Bally Swiss to Tata’s by successful product development & started orders for hand stitched (Sewn – on – wood) high priced shoes.3) Development of digital catalogues (segment wise / customer wise).4) Calculation of norms of a particular model after judging of the related inputs (leather quality as well as the patterns dimensions) for costing as well as production purpose.5) Preparation of new Bill of Materials after receipt of any orders or as & when required. 6) Successfully turned around the Design & development centre of Footwear Division, a hand design facilitated section to the complete CAD-Cam managed operations within a year (2004-2005). 7) Coordinated with HUSH PUPPIES UK designers for product development as well as production in TATA Dewas in 1999.8) Coordinated successfully Marc o’ polo sandal project with Design department.9) Implemented digital camera photography & catalogue development system since 1997.
