Key Responsibilities:Managing the daily Fund Settlements, Accounting, and Reconciliation & Reporting for GNS clients.Managing the Contractual based Financial & Accounting Models (Credit & Fraud Provision, Delinquency, Card Fee Deferral, FX Conversion Revenue etc) ensuring highest standards of Quality and ComplianceHandling reconciliation of General Ledger, Sub Ledger and Bank accounts and closure of open items as per Amex policy.Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Statement along with trend analysis.Managing the month-end accounting (& Balance Sheet & P&L reporting for the GNS clients.Preparation of forecasts for monthly expenses and revenue through complete analysis of report lines.Continuous reviews of the Business Partner issues and ensure deliverables are customized / met on an ongoing basis.Preparation of metrics , dashboard for the various activities handled within the teamExplore Opportunities for further expansion of the business by migrating additional processes / work.Interacting with number of process areas like GA, GAR, VP and other support teams in closing month end process / resolving any issues.Independently led several new projects like Project AMICI, Financial Model Review. Catalyst for standardization, automation and process improvements.Establish and maintain effective relationship clients and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanism.
