The Bridgespan Group is a US-headquartered premium social impact consulting firms. Recently, launched its first office outside US, in Mumbai (India). I was on a short-term transfer with Bridgespan to be a part of the first on-site team in India. During my tenure, I was a part of the team supporting a UK philanthropist and an Indian NGO to develop a bold strategy for empowering India’s 113M adolescent girls, many of whom are disadvantaged. I played an instrumental role by engaging experts, conducting secondary research, and leveraging Bridgespan’s global knowledge.
