She is an experienced special educator, educational facilitator, curriculum developer, content creator and teacher trainer, with over twenty five years of experience in prestigious academic institutions such as Vasant Valley School, Delhi Public School, and GD Goenka School.Her forte lies in providing guidance and leadership to empower staff through grooming, training and mentoring to build powerful teams. She has a proven track record in turning schools around by enhancing the teaching- learning process and works tirelessly towards making students and teachers “future-ready” by enhancing their skill-set to face challenges that the real-world poses through student-centric and experiential learning interventions.Ashima has designed and implemented innovative age-appropriate educational content for several leading educational companies and publishers pan India.
