Our team strives to provide vital source and recruit candidates for longer period of time and for critical business roles.My roles and Responsibilities include• Handling entry level, middle level and senior level requirements.• Conducting the preliminary rounds of interview.• Follow up with Team Candidates till final placement• Acting as a mediator between the client and the candidate.• Handling end-to-end recruitment at various levels of management.• Screening Candidates on various parameters as per the Client Requirements• Scheduling and co-coordinating with the short listed candidates for interview• Negotiating offer with the candidates and regular follow ups pre and post their joining.• Strong client interaction and discussion of current & future requirements.• Achieving targets on monthly & quarterly basis.• Maintain, organize and update candidate’s database for future requirements.• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards and regulations.• Maintaining co-ordination and Cooperation with team and getting things done on time.
