Since January 2017- Orchestrated media engagement strategy to boost EPIC India’s brand image - resulting in a 500% rise in media mentions between 2017-2020 - Galvanized overall communication strategy, ensured branding consistency & expanded the team to add four employees in three Indian states by 2019- Oversaw an engaging social media strategy, bringing about a fivefold increase in twitter followers. Engineered launch of YouTube channel- Guided the team for delivering multiple countrywide multimedia campaigns - resulting in policy impact, opinion pieces, mentions in the Parliament, etc.- Contributed to redesigning the organizational website and thereafter supervised content & maintenance of four web tools related to EPIC India- Executed dozens of national and regional events & worked closely with a varied group of stakeholders to advance organizational outreach goals

- Spearheaded coordinating tasks for several editions of Senior Editors Conference attended by 15+ editors from 10+ countries- Supported the overall delivery of the ICRC Press Awards for four years- Trained 100+ journalists in India, Bhutan & Maldives on conflict reporting & facilitated crisis communication sessions for Indian Red Cross field staff - Scripted & directed several short films documenting ICRC’s work in India- Ideated & delivered ICRC India Newsletter, coordinated Humanitarian Tiffin Talks & streamlined ICRC New Delhi Blog among others

- Developed and executed a comprehensive national communication strategy as the first full-time communication staff of TCG’s India operations - Programmed the international media launch of the Clean Revolution Report- Led the content management of the India page of the TCG website & was the lead for quality assurance of newsletter, information briefs, brochures, etc. - Supported the program team in crafting policy briefs, white paper, carrying out small scale impact assessment surveys, preparing survey reports, etc.- Strategized tactful placement of TCG’s work in India’s media map

- Guided the delivery of a UNDP-MNRE funded 40-page magazine on biomass energy & a PCRA newsletter on energy efficiency & conservation - Directed the structuring & content creation of communication & information products like Annual reports, fact sheets, flyers, etc.- Administered the overall website management with content creation, updation & supervision of editorial & designing consistency- Provided content & coordination support in public events including two editions of the International Biofuels Conference
