Currently working as the Director Operations at the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI), an International Organization (IO), a partnership of National Governments, UN agencies and Programmes, Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and financing mechanisms, the private sector, and knowledge institutions that aim to promote the resilience of new and existing infrastructure systems to climate and disaster risks in support of sustainable development. CDRI currently has a membership of 39 countries and 7 multilateral organizations and institutions.I have over 20 years of experience of leading Finance and Operations functions in complex international organizations, with a CPA Australia, CIMA qualification and CFE certification.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I provide strategic leadership and insights to key organizational decision-making. I also implement innovative cross-border best practices across different IOs, develop efficient processes and systems, and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs.CDRI has launched Infrastructure for Resilient Island States (IRIS), a dedicated initiative that aims to support Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in achieving sustainable development through a systematic approach to resilient, sustainable, and inclusive infrastructure through Infrastructure Resilience Accelerator Fund (IRAF), a US$50 Million Trust Fund managed by the United Nation Multi Donor Trust Fund (UN MPTF). I have a strong track record of managing bilateral and multilateral grants from various donors.
