● Condition Monitoring and Preventive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions toavoid breakdown.● Ensure smooth operation of LDC equipment from control desk as per SOP.● Familiar with PTW issue and follow E-Permit, LOTOTO, tagging and un-tagging of equipment.● Ensure documentation and compilation of shift data and report to higher level.● Conduct safety Pep talk and safety meeting to ensure Zero harm, ensure compliance of 5S.● Training to subordinate and contract manpower to develop their skills.● Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and executionincluding start-up.● Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedbackand suggestions from them.
