Working for 123greetings.com (123stores – the e-commerce department) from 13th June 2011 – till date as a specialist in listing department (product managing). Here I am directly responsible in looking into the product listing for Amazon USA. My key roles are to create and modify error free product listing, Product Portfolio, Price Monitoring, Sales Adjustment, Inventory management and interacting with Amazon as well. Co-ordinate with internal department to sort out any differences in sales operation process to enable smooth sales. Sorting out any error and highlighting it to the concerned department for resolution. Keeping a constant touch with the sales platform for error free operations. Train subordinates for a better understanding of the sales process.
