Accounts & Fund Management Data entry to supervising for preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of yearend financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness & adherence to statutory norms. Monthly Provision Calculation, Prepaid Expenses, Deprecation Calculation. Verifying & accounting Contractor & purchase bill with all statutory liability. Providing supporting data for Calculation of monthly MIS. Day to day Funds management, looking after and check up the day-to –day petty cash transactions and physical cash verification on regular basis. Preparing Inter Unit Reconciliation statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities. Consolidation of Branch accounts.  Liaising with banks for day to day Cash requirements. Finalization of CST, Entry tax, VAT liabilities of the division  Raising invoice, debit note & credit note to customer Scrutiny of Ledger , reconciliation of debtor & creditor Handling the internal & statutory auditor and due compliance of their queries Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns including Sales Tax, Income Tax and TDS returns; appearing before regulatory tax authorities. Conducting periodical internal audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. Handling Corporate Taxation, Service Tax, VAT & Commercial functions, Accounts & Taxation of Companies. Interfacing with Income-Tax authorities for timely filing of TDS, Service Tax and Sales tax returns, tax assessments, exemption related benefits, registrations.
