• Preparation of Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statement of the parent and another group companies in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and other regulatory standards;• Preparation of monthly MIS reports & presentations for reporting to top management;• Handling Income tax assessments, appeals of all the Group Companies; • Coordinating with a tax consultant for getting assistance on various tax issues;

• Preparation of Standalone Financial Statement of Jamshedpur Utilities and Services Company Limited and it step down subsidiaries in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and other regulatory standards;• Preparation of monthly MIS reports & presentations for reporting to top Management and Audit Committee;• Ensuring correct Financial Accounting by adhering to applicable standards and internal controls;• Ensuring timely closure of Financial Accounts and resolving queries of Auditors;• Assisting the management in formulation of financial strategy, new policies and process for smooth running of business;• Handled Financial Evaluation and Budgetary Control Management of Projects;• Collating the information required for the purpose of Form 3CA-CD, Form 3CEB, Form 10CCB, Form 29B, Form 35 etc.;

• Preparation of Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statement of the Company;• Resolving the queries raised by tax auditors during tax audit;• Finalising the tax audit report and filing the Income tax return;• Meeting the Income tax officials for providing clarification on various issues raised by Income tax officer;• Reviewing the risk areas and highlighting the same to management along with the remedial measures that can be taken;• Coordinating with tax consultant for getting assistance on various tax issues;• Follow up with the Income tax department for pending refunds;• Arriving at the arm’s length price of the transactions by applying the appropriate transfer pricing method;
