o Keeps track of the situation of partners through regular online calls and personal visits (once a year) and reports findings to PCo Reviews and advises on the applicationso Realises and monitors capacity assessment/ needs assessment of partners - possibly in cooperation with external experto Plays role in capacity-building trainingo Provides content advise & support to partnerso advise on linking & learning topics, together with PC and (possibly) external resource personso Thinks and advises on security issues and CSPo Reports safety signals and provides interim updateso Address the issue in case of lack of transparency, tensions or other issues among partnerso Draw up a plan of action to be approved by KPZ management in case of suspicions of fraud/ integrity issues.
