• Indexing of Gwalior consumers approx. 2.3 lacs with respect to their supply source (like: Pole, Transformer, Feeder) in co-ordination with O&M department. • Overseeing various activities of zone(on deputation at Ujjain) related to Meter Reading, Bill Distribution, Document verifications, releasing of new Connections, load enhancement, name change, tariff change and consumer meter related problem & rectification as per regulatory norms.• Resolving & handling consumer billing related queries / disputes.• Defaulter analysis (Commercial) to protect revenue loss.• Generate MIS Reports & update the same to top management.• All the faulty and mechanical meter changed with proper coordination with vendor (On deputation at Sagar).• Responsible for Vendor Development and his Billing according to the measurement of work.• Meter Reading (Low Power Radio/Non Low Power Radio) Methodology finalization at Gwalior through LPR Machine (HHT).• Daily zone visit and get the data according to the requirement.• Proper coordination & manpower utilization with zone complaint & circle call centers.• Consumer Indexing, tagging & support to Energy Audit / DT loss reduction.• Executing all the power supply related problems of Existing consumers which includes Load enhancement, Disconnection, Reconnection, and Faulty meter request.• Vendor Development and his Billing according to the measurement of work.• Supervision of Quality & Quantity of Progress of the blocks assigned for timely completion.

• Daily monitoring of CCM ( Customer Complaint Management) and Web based complaint e.g. Billing Complaint ( Wrong Bill, Provisional Bill), New Connection application, No current complaint, Meter Sparking, Meter Seal Broken, Burnt Meter, Faulty Meter, No Billing etc. and get resolved by the Front Desk Executive.• Overall ownership for providing the day to day business MIS compliance regarding Daily Billing, New Connections, Customer Complaints• Bill correction and assessment of abnormal bills using BAM and SAP.• Monthly billing of SLCC consumer (having load <10 KW) • Planning and Scheduling for meter reading process and organizing bill distribution.• Analyzing of High loss Substation consumer data and co-ordinate with DT cleanup team to reduce loss level.• Convert the SLCC & MLCC XML files through Analytics software and run query on these data through TOAD.
