• Involved deeply in arranging project finance for the project, critical review of each clause of term sheet, discussion/negotiation with Bankers. • Studying various project financing options- ECA financing, Buyer’s credit / Supplier’s Credit – to optimise the financing cost• Liaisoning with Statutory Auditors, legal advisors, Bankers, financial consultants etc.• Attending Board Meeting, preparation of Board presentation, updating secretarial compliance.• Updation of Financial Model / Feasibility Report for various product mix/ configuration.• Involved in vetting each and every legal document, feed-stock agreements/ contracts, etc.

• Heading Finance & Account Department & carried out all the functions viz. monitoring day to day accounts, preparing standalone as well as consolidated financial statements, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Banking & Treasury operations (fund based & non-fund based), Budgeting, MIS, Audit, Secretarial Compliances, etc.• Renewal of banking limits, preparation of CMA, obtaining project specific limit, arrangement of consortium meeting, providing due information to banks on monthly /quarterly /half yearly basis• LCs / BGs (financial / performance) – opening of various BGs as per tender conditions, monitoring for timely extension/cancellation of BGs, planning for timely payment of LCs, etc.• Studying & deciding about VAT scheme in various states, VAT return submission, completion of VAT assessments in 7 states and got released long outstanding VAT refunds. • Smooth implementation of GST, Calculation of GST claims w.r.t. works awarded in Pre-GST era & execution in GST era, presentation before various government clients.• Coordination with different departments for Budget data, preparation of Budget, Variance analysis, etc. • Conducting monthly MIS meetings, circulating minutes, etc.• Insurance renewal, claim submissions & settlements, etc. • Submission of claim in DGFT for Terminal Excise Duty (TED) refund• Secretarial compliance – Preparation of Board resolutions, reviewing board minutes, filing of ROC returns, etc.• Involved in vetting each and every legal document, agreements/ contracts with sub-contractors / JV partners, etc.• Providing inputs while bidding new tenders w.r.t finance cost, preparation of cash flow considering typical tender clauses, evaluation of tax impact, etc. • Preparing compensation claims w.r.t projects, co-ordination for arbitration matters, etc.
