1.Looking after the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events (Operations)2.Provides excellent customer service, handling queries, advice and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.3.Proficient in organizing Conferences & Incentive groups for Corporate across India & overseas4.Acting as Travel & Event Vendor for Corporates .Can handle any kind of M.I.C.E & Travel activity independently. 5.Proficient in negotiating rates &contracting with hotels & vendors. 6.Negotiating Rates with Vendors (Hotels & others) and Co-ordinating Conferences & Leisure Travel for the Corporate Clients 7.Assisting the Corporate Clients to various locations/destinations for Conferences, Meetings & Leisure.8.Documentation: Preparing contracts, agreements and other documents for the vendors and corporates9. Work with team members, as well as autonomously, in a variety of situations and circumstances.10.Monitors and improves office systems and procedures.
