Business Development & Sales - Generating sales from major health institutions in Bangalore and adjoining territories for POCT devices - HBA1c , Lipids , BGM & other POCT equipments. Business Development in potential new territories like Mysore and Mangalore. Handling government and corporate hospital tenders.Additional Responsibilities- Leading a sales team of 3 RSE's for promotion of Alere G1 (BGM) in retail, nursing homes and small hospitals in Bangalore.

- Leading a Sales team of 2 in managing day-today field work and to monitor sales of each area in Kerala and Karnataka state. - Responsible for business development and for Implementing management policies in business zone, - Ensuring field processes are compliant with company’s policy and procedures, Preparing & implementing new strategies for developing new market/ area, - Periodic reports to top management with analysis for taking appropriate decisions for weaker zones and to strengthen the business opportunities there.

Have been associated with Global Sources as summer Intern for marketing research project “Home Product Companies Perceptions and Preference towards Trade Shows and Exhibitions in India”.

- Responsible for conducting marketing research survey to know the brand awareness of Videocon DTH in Delhi/ NCR.
