To manage the HVAC Project’s with all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing work, execution & Planning, installation, testing & commissioning, till handing over, management of manpower (Supervisor & sub-contractors) and site Project management, Project coordination, Site coordination’s, Site Visiting.Material receiving &verifying the material as per purchase order and as per approved make.Issue material to sub-contractor for execution at site as per approved drawing.Managing & Supervising HVAC project involving Installation, Fabrication, Erection work & Commissioning activities.Managing& monitoring of project on daily, weekly & monthly basis.Managing the ducting, pipes lines, equipment installation activities to be carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications.Ensure ducting joints, pipes lines joints, supports, thermal insulation as per work procedure, specifications requirement & standard specifications.Ducting layout, piping layout, routing & installation, testing of chilled water pipe line.Implemented / follow proper procedure as per standard.All documentation work such as billing, drawings & measurement, Record maintaining, Daily progress reports, Minutes of meeting, Measurement sheet, & Bill certification etc.Prepare work method statement for each activity in accordance with the installation and safety standards analyze risks using standard procedures and compile risk assessment sheet, ensure the implementation of the method statements and risk mitigation measures.
