Control quality process on the production line. Visited China for development of Z71 Machine at India & successfully commissioned & streamlined the entire manufacturing line for Z71 machine. Analyze and improve defects on the line. Analysis of Engineering BOM and accordingly plan the production activity for the machine. Commissioning & Testing of the control cabinet for any faults, accordingly trained the workers for troubleshooting. Write work Instruction and train for operators, workers to make sure production meet the quality requirement. Establish & document manufacturing process through Manufacturing Process Plan. Make and improve for tools, make use of material handling equipment’s, fixtures, machines, Automation. Analyze operations to set standard working time and identify capacity improvements. Balance line, analysis of Cycle time and Tact times. Coordination with engineers/leaders to develop maintenance plans for equipment, machines to make sure production runs smoothly during working time. Participate in standardizing work parts and materials for production.

• Participate in Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) along with client at factory and vendors premises• Obtaining clients comment on all electrical system drawings for any change & If so providing justification to the same. • Participation in Control Part hardware configuration discussion & project review meetings with technical queries and scope clarification.• Site planning, manpower planning & team Management.• Co-ordination with vendor for support during commissioning period, vendor management, PR-PO & follow ups for delivery.• Sound Knowledge of Electrical Equipment drawings ( VFD, Control Panel, Distribution Board, Cabling etc.) & Instrumentation & Control drawings/documents (PLC, Field instruments, UPS, Communications between Equipment to PLC/DCS, I/O list, JB, cable schedules etc.)• Knowledge of installation of Network & Communication cables such as control net, profibus , HUB & ethernet etc.• Hands-on experience on Troubleshooting of PLC programs.(Siemens, AB PLC RSlogix5000.)
