Hai this side from Ashish Dev.I have around 10 years experience in manufacturing quality and production. (7 yrs in Tata Motors Ltd,2.5 yrs in KLT Auto Components and still working in Satyam Auto component pvt ltd halol.currently we are manufacturing two wheeler chassis or frame bodies and we have achieved defect %age 2.3 against target of 3% of customer concerns.its come from 23% to 2.3% which is a major achievement of whole team and sustain from last year by improving process changes like Kaizens,Poka Yoke etc.
