Strategise and Operationalise a strong NFR - Non Fuel Revenue Topline always.6. Research and Evaluate Opportunities and recommend to Network Planning team with data.7. Acquire site as per the technical and legal check list.8. Obtain required permissions and approvals to enable construction and then operations.9. Ensure the legal contract is watertight, well explained to the lessor or seller, and also align with the brands on every point and clause of the contract.10. Commercial Due diligence and then arriving at the deal terms and ensure a win-win and long term sustainable business goals are achieved.11.
