Introduced business finance vertical in the Company and started working closely with the businesses on the key metrics, planning and monitoring performance. Developed vertical wise (22 verticals) PNL & cash flow to evaluate the vertical wise performance, monitoring it monthly and giving inputs based on it. Presented the strategy to shave off 10 business verticals based on certain criteria which was approved by Group MD & CFO. Newly launched retail vertical is one of the growth engines where I helped in defining the metrics, setting up the processes like cash & inventory management, monitoring it periodically & actions thereupon.Long range and budgeting for the Company.Worked with consultant & IT dept closely to get the refund of 6.5Cr for FY20, 3.8Cr for FY21 & additional interest after filing an appeal.
