•Headed Project Sahyog (Strengthening IT Systems) for National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India through HLFPPT (a sub-recipient of NACO’s Global Fund Grant 2021-2024 cycle) •Prepared budget details, planned resource allocation, and prepared project KPIs•Data analytics support to NACO to achieve 71 % retention and 80 % medication adherence of People Living with HIV (PLHIVs), identifying 28 new high-risk population group hotspots to minimize the risk of new HIV Infections, etc•Drafted and finalized BRD for the development of Financial Management System for National AIDS Control Programme in India•Led the development of a mobile app for outreach activities to enhance the service delivery to people living with HIV
