Project Scope: Cisco is the major supplier for set top boxes across US and all over the world.Enablement Data Orchestration System project is mainly meant to generate Enablement files. Enablement is the process of creating a file of information about the devices shipped to a customer which, when loaded into the customer’s video transmission system, permits the device to operate on Service Provider Network or when loaded in to customer’s ERP systems, permits them to receive the shipments.Overview: Oversee, lead and direct technical aspects of the project lifecycle while simultaneously serving in the capacity of Senior Integration Lead, Integration Architect and Integration SME for Software supply chain portfolio. Deliver functional and technical design at the program level.Key Accomplishments:  Zero Touch Order Processing: This was a proactive initiative taken to automate the order processing for EMM and NON EMM File delivery to the end customer. It resulted in reducing the order processing time from 24 hrs to >10 mins. Exhibit decisive leadership during the implementation of Zero touch project. It was appreciated by CISCO IT and Business Unit. This was presented to Infosys CEO in Feb 2017 and was given an award in VALUE TO INFOSYS category during AFE ceremony for the excellence showed in delivery.  CDA RC API: Designed and developed the MuleSoft API gateway to expose 5 REST APIs. These APIs are integrated in their systems by CISCO Service Providers. It enables them to map the mac addresses of the devices to the profiles created by them. When device makes a CALL HOME request, it works without any manual intervention.  CI-CD Pipeline: Brainstormed and designed CI-CD pipeline for TIBCO BW applications in CISCO. Entire process to adopt the CI-CD pipeline was documented and published on JIVE. There are 300+ applications in CISCO which are using this pipeline and automated their build and deployment process.

Project Scope: CISCO unified publishing application communicates with AKAMAI CLOUD to publish files for Electronic Software Delivery. TIBCO BW is used to orchestrate the flow for secured, non-secured files and notifying the tenants after upload completes. CUP application serves 10 k requests/day during peak load hours that includes files of size 4-5 GB. There are 10 tenants in CISCO using CUP in production to share the invoices, software and ASNs with the end Customer. Overview: Identify and mitigate complex production issues while leading in the capacity of Integration SME for SSC portfolio. Key Accomplishments:  On boarded SBP tenant on to CUP application so that they can send Invoices to the Finance team in CISCO. Upgraded CUP application from TIBCO BW 5.11 to 5.13.  On boarded CUP application for CI-CD pipeline.

Project Scope: GameStop Corporation (formerly EB Games) is an American video game and entertainment software retailer. It operates 6700 stores across the Globe. For GS, there were very tight deadlines and six projects were delivered in 5 months. It involved working with four different teams at GameStop headquarters.Overview: Enterprising problem solver and innovative strategist delivering leadership and follow-through during the design, development, integration and management of complex systems. Key Accomplishments: Delivered 6 projects in 5 months’ time period. Worked in AGILE and Waterfall model for delivery of the projects. TIBCO Integration with external APIs to support expiration of warranty for the devices

Project Scope: Deutsche Bank is one of the major investment banks based out of Germany.CRE application was developed to support OTC derivatives in Settlements domain. Overview: This assignment involved migrating an application from Java to TIBCO BW. This was an end-to-end application development and maintenance project involving estimation, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, implementation and production support. Every aspect of the SDLC was followed as part of this effort to ensure deliverables are of highest quality.Production support involves working on service requests raised by Business, release planning, supporting CRE Production Live Environment, Implementation, Unit Testing, and SIT. Key role was played at onsite (London) as well as offshore (Pune, Bangalore) on this engagement. SME for Bank IT and Business for all requests. Key Accomplishments: SLA Improvement: Worked with Business to achieve 100% SLA for PayRec Matching rate and moved Deutsche bank to Rank 1 in the year 2010 for the first time. It was a great achievement for the bank.  Prevented several Severity 1 outages for the bank by taking proactive steps.  Reduced the count of High priority Severity 1 SRs from 100 to <5 within a period of 6 months while working in London. Performed DR test successfully for CRE and 3DCASH application. Supported the Infrastructure migration for the bank which involved one complete data center migration from CROYDON to WATFORD. Worked on implementing new FpML format in the CRE application. FpML is the standard for OTC derivative industry. Implemented 100 RFCs for CRE application which involves TIBCO BW development, CRs from Business, issues in Production and fixing any major or minor defects, supporting the changes in upstream and downstream applications. 30+ TIBCO Interfaces on TIBCO Admins for CRE application were supported.
