I am Ashish Biju, an Operations Analyst at Grand Bequest, dedicated to revitalising Scotland's historic properties. With a Bachelor's in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi and a Master's in International Business Management from Heriot-Watt University, I bring a diverse skill set and a robust operational management, project leadership, and strategic planning background.At Grand Bequest, I manage the end-to-end process of building revitalization, implementing process improvements, and conducting market analysis. I have successfully led the Innovate UK Fast Start project, a six-month initiative exploring predictive modelling and artificial intelligence for identifying future demolition sites, showcasing my commitment to innovation in the PropTech industry. Additionally, I oversaw the MVP launch of our PropTech platform for empty buildings across Scotland, and I continue to manage its day-to-day operations.Over the past 2.5 years, I have completed 30+ projects, managing resources and personnel effectively. My work includes designing and deploying a new framework for community engagement and building rankings, which has led to over 500+ new potential business opportunities within our target market.
