1. Create the scope of work for social media and website analysis for the upcoming clients2. Set-up various measuring tools as per the requirement - i.e. Unmetric, Konnect Insights, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Hotjar3. Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports along with campaign and contests reports as per the requirement – this helps the strategy team to make informed decisions and craft the strategy for the next phase4. Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze social, website and paid efforts of various brands and come up with data-driven insights on how the brand is performing compared to its competitors5. Connect with Business Development and Strategy teams for new pitches - Recognize the pain points and requirements of the prospective client and help to create the final report with needed data-backed insights and recommendations/solutions6. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new pitches – analyse the competitors, discover the road map, and craft strategy to achieve the goal highlighted in the client’s brief7. Play the central role in all the steps involved in the creation of a dashboard – to streamline the reporting process: a. Collect Data from various sources and teams (SEM, SEO, Social, and Website) b. Collating, Cleaning, Transforming c. Plan flow of the report and assist in the creation of various tabs to showcase the data in the best possible manner d. Come up with data-driven, actionable insights for the key stakeholders

- Setup and optimize company pages to increase thevisibility of its content across various social platforms- Analyze competitor’s social media platforms and identifythe target audience- Create monthly and quarterly content plan throughplatform determination and audience identification- Build and execute social media strategy to meet businessgoals- Analyze the progress, prepare detailed monthly reportsand articulate insights from the data- Keep a track of the growth in website traffic and assistthe SEO and SEM team in growing the reach of theaccounts- Cover live event, develop and execute digital marketingplan for amplification of the event
