Key ResponsibilitiesHandling day to day activities of QC functions,Handling Quality System as Sr.engineer of Quality Control department for In-coming, In-process and Final Inspection,Preparing and Maintaining MIS for effective cost monitoring,Steering smooth inspection of material at Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection, Documentation for ISO/TS 9001, 16949 activities, conducting internal audits, Handling of customer complaints, analysis of customer complaints, feedback to the customer,Monitoring of daily rejections at every stage of production and taking corrective and preventive actions to reduce the same, root cause analysis for major rejections.Preparation and Approval of Documents like PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP, from Customer 5S and Kaizen activities on shop floor,Continual improvement project implementation.Development of new part as per customer requirement, submitting the report relating the development part. Independently review complaints & investigations conducted by Technology Function, Providing the trainings to employees about 5S activities with demonstration,Preparing the zones within the organization and to carry out improvement activities,Providing the On-job training to employees, Multi-skilling training,Conducting Shop Floor trainings on "Productivity and Efficiency, Zero Defect Concept,; Company Profile: India's leading Offset Printing Machine manufacturer

Defining managing & ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance programs in the Organisation and at Vendors' end, reviewing QMS process and suggesting improvements. Training and guiding teams towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities & increasing stability to support KIZEN", 5' S, PPAP & Six Sigma goals. Use problem solving techniques for customer complaint (i.e. Cause & effect, Parato analysis, FMEA & Why, Why analysis).Handling documentation & implementation of ISO 9001:2008 activities.Implementation of new concept called MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM. Conducting internal audits, FPP, WPP, Red Tagging campaign, MRM.Take corrective action on NC generated during internal audit, customer complaints.Team Leader for the customer satisfaction team, analyse the customer complaints and provide the solution for the same also maintain the CAPA.Team Leader for supplier Quality assurance also done PDI of all machines for its quality & performance.Vendor DevelopmentApproving designs, proving and trial of the tools as well as guiding & training of the vendors if required for capacity generation.Overseeing initiatives for outsourcing of design and manufacture of tools.Regular Visits to Customer and get the feedback for performance at customer. Key Responsibilities Research & DevelopmentOverseeing necessary changes related to improving machine performance also the quality.Work as active team member in Development of new models.Developing the necessary jig & fixture for the same models for ease in production.Work as active team member in implementing cost reduction project.Technical supporting for the Vendor Development.
