• Collaborate with pre-sales team and client to understand their technicalrequirements and suggest appropriate cloud platforms and services like AWS,Azure based on workload, performance needs, and budget constraints.• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of escalated issues to identify underlyingfactors contributing to the problem.• Responsible for seamless database migrations by evaluating the existingdatabase environment, including data volumes, performance metrics, anddependencies, to determine migration requirements. Develop a migration planoutlining the migration approach, timeline and resource requirements.• Implement monitoring solutions such as Zabbix, cloud watch to track systemperformance metrics, disk usage, CPU load, and network traffic.• Install, configure, and deploy Linux servers, including CentOS, Ubuntu, andRHEL, according to organizational requirements and best practices.• Set up and maintain system services such as Apache, Nginx, and MySQL tosupport web hosting, database management, and application deployment.

• Responsible for installing and troubleshooting IIS, FTP, Plesk, SolidCP, DNS, SSL,SmarterMail related issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterruptedservice.• Provisioning office 365 and G-suite and successfully migrated the client's mailsfrom on-premise server to office 365 and G-suite, also troubleshoot the mailqueries as per the issue raised by client.• Provisioning the VPS in our Hyper-V servers and increase/decrease the VMconfigurations as per the client request. and for our big customers, we alsoprovide dedicated servers to meet up the client requirements.• Implementing and manage servers provisoned provisioned in AWS, Azure andAlibaba cloud.• Successfully migrated several high-traffic websites to our hosting platformor our cloud server, reducing load times by over 50% and improving overallperformance metrics.• Providing Acronis backup solution and troubleshooting backup related issuespromptly and effectively.

Providing technical support to client over the call and tickets, addressing theissue like DNS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, Plesk Panel and SolidCP.Monitoring the shared server and update to the senior administrator if thereis any issue or raise the ticket to client in case client breaches any companypolicies.
