As part of my routine activities, I managed complex accounting issues (affordability expenses, RBI regulations for payments business), review process related controls, review and analyse accounting positions in line with IFRS/Ind AS/USGAAP for all agreements applicable to the Payments business in India.I also liaised actively with Business and Finance teams to streamline business & accounting processes and to understand the nature of the new agreements, amendments, new streams of the business, etc.I was also actively involved in the month-end close activities (including review of the Balance Sheet and PnL) and review journal entries, reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
