• Exposure in performing and delivering various BSVI Fuel Injection projects from as 100cc to 440cc single cylinder engine, which includes Motorcycle and Scooter engine for BSVI compliance. • Knowledge of Steady State Calibration and development of engine which includes the combustion optimization and hardware optimization like intake and exhaust system, Camshaft, Throttle body.• Knowledge of AVL Indicom combustion tool for combustion analysis• Engine hardware finalization/data generation and report release and implementation of hardware with help of design team• Resolving technical issues encountered during engine calibration• Execution of Engine level OBD calibration on testbed like misfire and decide the threshold limit• Responsible for Type approval test of engine power at ICAT• Supporting durability engine to run smoothly from calibration point of view• Development report preparation, review with team member• BSIV and Euro engine development with carburetor system for export market• Engine benchmarking for various competitor model like KTM, TVS, Bajaj, Honda Etc. • Responsible for various engine hardware optimization and calibration of free flow intake and exhaust system for Racing/Rally application. • Well versed in test bed set up activities, troubleshooting engine instrumentation and PUMA, indicom and various other interfaces tool like Inca, tool• Support building engine calibration guideline / processes based on requirements• A planner with experience in handling the project related activities right from planning, monitoring, controlling phases of project lifecycle, overall inter-discipline coordination, administration and resource planning• Efficient organizer, motivator, team player and a decisive leader with the ability to motivate teams to excel and win
