My roles and responsibilities are : Elimination of die casting defects which comes in day to day production.To ensure proper casting condition for production.Analysis of root causes of all quality and m/c related problem. Continuous cycle time reduction plan and process improvement plan.Controlling die temperature, down time & polishing time of allocated parts.Trial of new dies, setting of casting parameter and extractor and spray robot, troubleshoot during trials and preparation of all related document. Example: Temperature validation cycle time validation etc.Daily production /rejection monitoring on shop floor.Monitoring and maintaining of all defined procedure, guidelines & Work Instruction on daily basis and make sure of all document intact on their place.Providing technical input to NPAP for process related items.Reduce PPM by Small group activity. Involvement in kaizen & safety events to improve productivity and safety.

My responsibilities are:• Trial of new dies, setting of machine and robot and preparation of all related document. Example: PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, Trial report, tool validation and all Work Instruction.• Monitoring and maintaining of all defined procedure, guidelines & Work Instruction on daily basis and make sure of all document intact on their place.• Provide technical input for engineering or process related items.• Involvement in kaizen events to improve safety, productivity and quality.• Participation in a program conducted by quality department like Red bin meeting & customer complaint and arrange CFT meeting.• Making all the arrangement for a new setup (i.e purchase of a new machine to the installation of it.)
