I am a Engineer with over 9+ years of experience in the aluminium extrusion industry. I work as an Supervisor, Engineer,Process Engineer, Technical Engineer and Deputy Manager at various aluminium extrusion company where I lead and implement automation projects to optimize the production process, reduce operational costs, and enhance product quality.Some of the projects I have successfully completed include integrating and commissioning the Extrusion Management System (EMS), the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the CHRONOS software, as well as leading a scrap reduction campaign, a plant recovery and productivity improvement initiative, and a work process standardization program. I also work with the talent team to set up and improve systems for people management, performance management, and learning and development. I report directly to the President and attend senior management and project management meetings for updates and reviews. My goal is to apply my skills and expertise in extrusion process engineering and quality management to contribute to the company's growth and innovation.
