started my carrier as commie from the ashok hotel then after jw marriott after spending two years with jw marriott I moved to a new opening fusion restaurent were I get the change to explore myself what I learned in my previous hotels in joined that restaurent as a cdp and was handling the restaurent with the executive chef as for all paper workes costing and innovation of new menu got chance to participate in food festival with my Chef there while working in festivals I explore my cooking skills in many cuisine like arebic, malesiyan, labenese and few more .after that I moved to kuwait and joined a diet catering company as a Sr. CDP got promoted as a Jr sous Chef while working in kuwait my job and responsibilities were different I was incharge to handle the main kitchen with all the paper work food trail costing maintaining hygiene and wastege I worked on a software called ERP ( enterprise resource planning ) as a part in production .looking further for more challenges and opportunities to be come soon .
