Handling Govt project as a Technical support Executive, Looking for International BPO with Voice/Non-voice process or it can be domestic also. Joined this project in Dec 2019 as Technical Support Executive. It is BPO(Blended Process).Ministry of corporate affairs launched a website(https://www.independentdirectorsdatabank.in) in Dec/2019 where every Independent Director's profile should be on this portal.During the registration on this portal whatever issue the Independent Director faces they give us a call, they mail us, they chat with us. We help them accordingly.Apart from this, I do outbound calls also to remind the customer as their subscription plan is about to expire, there is an event we are organizing, any solution is raised by the user by mail, chat, or by incoming calls.I have access to the Admin panel too where I can resolve the query related to payment, related to Registration on the portal, I can send credentials(User id and password), etc.Joined as a fresher with no maximum skills but while working I realized there should be plenty of skills to have a better career in this field. I started searching for what is needed in this field, what skills should I have what is not. Finally, I got to know. There should be Better communication, Better and fluent English/Hindi, Diction should be clear, the voice should be manly, Customer handling skills, etc. Since my joining, I have worked on everything which I mentioned. Now I am Better than Normal. Since I boosted my knowledge received plenty of mail from customers of my praise. Plenty of time I was the Employee of the month.Now it is time to move where I can gain more skills, more opportunities, more loyal colleagues, and more mentor(TL,QA,GM,HR etc).
