 Community Consultation and prepare training progress notes, community consultation notes, monthly report and quarterly report. Liaison with rural governing bodies i.e. Panchyat representatives and Block level officers and creating network of contacts. Develop the training modules with the coordination of faculties. Coordinate with trainees / participants and faculties  Maintaining a database of trainees / participants and faculties. Maintenance of records related to training programmes, faculties participation, trainees feedback etc. Analysis of training feedback and generate reports. Prepare training budget and supervision of financial aspects related to the training. Assessment cum Selection of potential beneficiaries for training To assist the beneficiaries in engaging in formal employment or setting up micro enterprise.  Develop and maintain employment tracking and documenting the related activities during the training.
